1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

  • Clearance or final sale products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

3. Return Process

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be processed as:

    • Cash refund at delivery pickup (if applicable), or

    • Bank transfer/mobile wallet refund once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.

5. Exchanges

  • If you prefer, you may request an exchange for a product of equal value instead of a refund (subject to availability).

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

  • Mila Hiker will cover the return shipping costs for such cases and provide a replacement or full refund.
